This privacy statement is presented to you because Beksoft ApS collects your ip address in our log files, which might be able to identify you, if you put personal information into our application.

3. Purpose of collecting personal information and legal basis

When you visit our website:

When calling our website https://smileyapp.dk, information is automatically sent to our server about information that helps with functionality and security for the website. This information is temporarily stored in a log file also called a cookie. The following information is thereby recorded without your commitment and stored until its deletion:
- The IP address of the visitor's network.
- Date and time of access.
- The name and URL of the named file.
- Any data you put in and thereby agree sharing with us.

The mentioned data is processed by us for the following purposes:

7. Right of objection

If your personal data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests in accordance with Article 6 (1) 1, point 1, letter fi GDPR, you have the right in accordance with Article 21 of the GDPR to protest against the processing of your personal data, provided that there are reasons to do so due to your special situation, or your objection is directed at advertising. 8. Data security

During the visit to the website, we use the widely used SSL (Secure socket layer) procedure together with the respective highest encryption level supported by your browser. This is usually a 256-bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, we use 128-bit v3 technology instead. You can see if a single page in our web presentation can be transferred encrypted from the closed view of the key or lock symbol in the bottom status bar of your browser.

We otherwise use appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data from accidental or deliberate tampering, partial or complete loss, destruction or unauthorized access by third parties. Our security measures are continuously improved in step with technological development.
